NO CORKAGE MONDAY-WEDNESDAY

Our incredibly great wine prices just got better!  Through May, Monday – Wednesday we waive the “corkage” fee.  You save $4 off our regular wine by the bottle prices, and since you get wine at retail it will cost one third to one half of what you pay other restaurants.

FULL BAR

Did you know Aunt Esmarelda can have her Manhattan here?  And you can get your favorite martini – like our dirty blue martini with hand-stuffed cashel blue olives.  Full bar, normal cocktails as well as our specialties.

SATURDAY WINE TASTINGS

Join us every Saturday from noon until 3:00pm for an informal Wine Tasting!  Each and every Saturday we'll feature a quartet of wines for you to try, poured by a special guest!  You can try all the wines for one low price, and then choose a glass of your favorite to enjoy with your lunch!

April 2,9, 16, 23, 30;  May 7, 14, 21, 28;   June 4, 11, 18, 25 Casual pen-house format, Casual format Visit our website for details!

REMEMBER OUR CHEESE CLUB!  If you don’t have a card already be sure to ask for one!  For each two dollars of retail cheese you take home (bulk beer cheese counts too) you get a punch.  Fill up your card and get a $10 Dilly Deli Gift Card!  Sausages count toward your cheese card too.

GAPERON - From the Auvergne region of France.  Made from cow's milk, the curd is soft, mixed with chunks of garlic and peppercorns and pressed.  It has a white bloomy edible rind.  Half of this shipment has already sold!  We will sell half a piece.!

CYPRESS GROVE HUMBOLT FOG - From Northern California, near the great redwoods!  This is an aged goat cheese with a layer of vegetable ash and a bloomy rind.  It is gentle, distinct and reminiscent of the gentle fogs in the area where the goats graze.  Two pieces ordered, one sold.  I have cut this into quarters so you can try a smaller piece first!

NUESKE BACON  - that fabulous applewood smoked bacon is now available here in retail packages.  Decadant with breakfast and makes an incredible addition to a turkey sandwich or salad.

PETIT BASQUE – This is an aged sheeps milk cheese from the Basque region.  It ages well, and gets denser and harder as it ages.  People keep asking for this then nobody buys it!  Last chance!  If this doesn’t sell, I’ll give up on this great little cheese!.

COOMBE FARM CHEDDAR AND DENEHAY FARM CHEDDAR  - two single-farm cheddars from the shires of Great Briton.  Parchment wrapped and only $5 each.

KING ISLAND ROARING 40’S BLUE – this dense, intense, melt in your mouth blue from Australia is a “must try.”  Dense, intense, sweet and nutty this has become one of our most popular (and hard to come buy) bleus.

TIMES PAST DAIRY (Somerset England) Cloth aged mature cheddar.  This is dense, nutty and flavorful, almost reminiscent of an aged gouda.  We have four pounds available this shipment!

RAMBOL SMOKED “FOREST  This processed French cheese has broad appeal – great for those parties when you don’t want to serve $20/lb cheese but want something more elegant than grocery store smoked cheeses.

BUTTERMILK BLUE Affine – From Wisconsin – this great selling blue is mild, flavorful and great just to snack on, use for dressing or to top a salad.  This is the six month aged version – fabulous!

NEVAT -  Darned near perfectly ripe (and $2 off a pound to make sure it sells fast), this soft, mild unique goat’s milk cheese from Spain melts in your mouth.  It has a bloomy rind (like brie) and is one of our favorite new cheeses
